Things I’ve Learned While Working On My Lucid Ha Things I’ve Learned While Working On My Lucid Habits:

1. Consistency is key but it is still  not as important as ✨f l o w✨

-some days it’s better to “fall off” on a habit if that means adding ease to my day.

2. Trust the process/ Sometimes starting over is part of the process. 

-you never really start back from square one when you “fall off” on a habit because you now have the experience of living life with that habit, even if just momentarily. 

3. Achieving wellness isn’t about fixing or curing anything. It’s about honoring myself.

-the goal isn’t to fix yourself but to ritualize yourself. It’s about taking rebellious action and putting yourself first when society tells you that you’re on this planet to work.

I am beyond happy to have helped so many people fe I am beyond happy to have helped so many people feel ✨seen✨ with that reel I shared about masking panic attacks.

I received many comments and DM’s asking about how I prevent, navigate and stop panic attacks. And while I am no expert, I have been able to manage and overcome panic attacks quite consistently in the last two years using natural remedies and lifestyle changes.

I’ve reached a point where I feel somewhat in control and able to identify a trigger. 

Here are 6 ways I stop panic attacks while they are happening. 

Before I continue I do want to add that all panic attacks are different and not all can be stopped and just need time to pass, so don’t feel defeated if these methods don’t work for you.

The first 3 methods: breath work , ice and eating something sour all work by stimulating the vagus nerve. 

And the last 3: grounding, mantras and mindfulness all help by creating a sense of comfort by helping your brain recognize where you are.

After cringing at myself these last few days I’ve finally decided to share it with you guys!

Though it might look like it, this is NOT a serious thing. I barely like to call it a podcast but I needed a platform to share words and blogging took too much time. (I still plan to write blog posts when I have more time)
